I am a subscriber of tata sky since many years. I have called your customer care department from last week for non working of the digicom. The complaint No is. 1-7273669936. since i made the complaint several times on phone nobody bother to attend the matter.

I surprised for the same it is happening from a well reputed world class company.

Please do the needful and oblige.

I had paid Rs 4059/- on 2nd September 2010 towards a new connection of tatasky DTH tv with the assurance that the installation would be done within 48 hrs. One Mr Praful Chouhan at the call centre had given me a such a 100% guarantee. However much to my dismay when I enquired with the very call centre after 48 hrs ,I was informed by the other person attending my call named Bipin that the normal time taken is 5 to 7 days. When I asked for a refund, he just put my phone on hold and subsequently disconnected it. All my calls to this call centre thereafter were conveniently kept on hold forcing me to disconnect every time. I am totally discugusted with the way the customers are being taken for a ride by the guys at the call centre. My advice to all the TV owners intending to go for tatasky DTH services - Pl do not book a new Tatasky connection online through a call centre. You will regret your decision.
It is a rather sad that these roagues are spoiling the reputation of Tata's for the sake of a small commission.
