Hi,

I have a refund issue with your company Tata sky and your call centre refuses to refund the money Tata sky owes me. I had one of my tata sky multi room boxes out of order for almost a year and after repeated calls your engineer fixed it today but Tata sky refuses to refund the amount they have been taking out of my account in name of multi room for the last one year even though Ive been following up this complaint ever since the connection wasent working.

If this complaint is not resolved satisfactorily then I will have no option but to change my service provider because I refuse to put up with your company's cheating ways. This is not the first time I am having issues with Tata group companies because I have had a very bad experience with your wimax connection as well and you have now abruptly disconnected my connection without providing me any reason atall.

Sort this issue out not today but right now.

This issue has been resolved as Tata sky refunded Rs1200 back into my account. I didn't check the exact calculation but I guess it is the right amount.

I had stopped following this up and though this refund will never happen but I received a call a few days ago and the lady at tata sky had a brief discussion on this and I got this refund and a call back from the lady telling me that refund has been done.
All is well that ends well I suppose.
