I had subscribed for tata-sky semi-annual mega pack for 3300/- on 16th December 2010 which was due to expire on 16th June 2011. I recharged with another 3300/- on 13th June 2011. Tata-sky website still shows up my package as semi-annual mega pack. But last day I noticed that the current package expires on 15th November (semi-annual is supposed to expire on 16th December). On checking with tata-sky they are stating that they are doing a daily reducing for me and I had to contact them over phone after recharging to get package renewed. My contention is that then this fact should show up against my account information, which is not the case now. This aspect of calling the service provide for each renewal is not the case with any case, say for example cell phone. What are your thoughts? I am planning to approach consumer court.
