Very Very Poor Customer Service. In Vadodara it appears that there is no service. Lodged complain through SMS, emails, Internet, Call Center but no action.

I have never ever seen worst service provider like tata sky. Pity is that I have paid for annual pack and the moment validity of the pack is over, shall discontinue service of tata sky and switch over to local cable service provider.

I second you Dear on that... i am also suffering ..They are just the WORST.... For last 5 days of complaint they are not able to arrange for SETUP box to be replaced...Everytime they would have repeated answer....Our Engineer would call you up... i think there Engineer would come from NEW YORK and BOX from LONDON...

I also paid for ANNUAL subscription.... but gonna KICK THEIR ASS after the package....

I SEND TWO TIME SMS TO “HR ...........” to 56633 BUT ANSWER RECEIVE SHORTLY RESUME SERVICE---BUT NOT RECEIVE TATA SKY SERVICE

AND SEND EMAIL, REF NO. SR0309100384082, AGAIN NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE,

and also I call to Help Line at 9 pm but no buddy pick my phone (as per your web site TATA sky’s 24x7 call centres are staffed with associates who are trained to answer all your queries in 11 languages.)

STILL TATA SKY NOT RECEIVE SIGNAL

My tatasky not working last 10 days. I raised complaint to tatasky through help ticket. Still no service from Tatasky..... Very worst service.

My request to Tatasky.. " Dont put your service advertisement on media, like tv, newspaper" very poor service...

After paying for the annual subscription, I am stuck with TATA SKY. the worst service team ever! pathetic! My advise to all - DONT EVEN GO NEAR TATA SKY!

I am an existing customer of Tata sky. I paid Rs. 3999 for the installation of Tata Sky +HD set top box through online payment in advance. Now the engineer comes home and tells me that i need to pay Rs. 500 more for a switch which has to be installed at my house. When i contact the Customer Care they tell me that money cant be refunded, so i have left helpless. Very poor services, i dont know what should i do???
