Respected Sir,

I have Tatasky DTH servie, that I use since 5+ Years, recently I bought One Another DTH Connection from TATASky, Its TATASky + HD, with Anuall Pack.

The Payment is done through CC and Device Install successfully at location. The Problem is now created, that the new Device is not yet activated. When I cross check with my Old Tatasky device its shown the Ammount that is actually credit to New Device.

Since Three Day's and Night, I regularly follow with Tatasky Customer care, They just take Information and create High Priority Case. but the problem till not resolved.

Also, I open MyQuery through Mytatasky.com Web Portal, The details is as bellow,

Showing that the Case is still OPEN.

They Ignore to give service, everytime they demanding to resolve this issue give me 2 Hours. or give me 24 Hrs. to resolve the issue.

I believe that If mistaken wrong Account Credited, you need to correct the mistake maximum you need 24 Hrs., but here, is still going and going....

I Request you to sir, Please take Hard Action against that Team. So, that this type of mistake never happen.
