I has re-charged Rs 500/- which was valid till 19th Aug. '10. There were some signal problem in certain channels so I had registered complain on their website. But w/o attending & solving the complaint, they have deducted Rs 350/- as visit chasrges of Service Engineer. The status of complaint shown in their website ai as under :

When I ask for hard copy document which is supposed to be signed by customer as proof of the visit of their Service Engineer, they are not answering me. Failling which, I have requested to credit Rs 350/- in my a/c immediately.
