This is Justin. i'm currently using tatasky SD account. last 29-10-2011 they have placed an advertisement as 50% discount on HD+ box. but finally they are telling that its 50% money back offer. so i need to pay 100% upfront, then they 'll refund 50% to my tatasky account. There is no interlink or communication between the each rep called from tatasky.

1. I called the helpline thru my registered mobile number. a support person told me tht i need to send a SMS HD to 56633, then a rep 'll call me and finish the transation. so i sent a SMS as requested. but no response for the next few hours. so then i sent another mail using their mail system in their contact page. i got a auto-responder mail for their confirmation of receipt with the ref code.
2. No communcation for the next 2 days. then i called the helpline again to clarify the matter. they told me tht, there is no track of my call or sms on tht offer date. But he is not sure about the mail. so he asked me to wait 48 to 72 hrs for their rep call. so then i sent mail to help@tatasky.com
3. But nothing happened after 2 days. i called back again to their support number and sent a mail too and even i tried their online chat facility too. but no use.
4. Finally i have received mail stating that they received my mail which was regarding HD+ booking on 29th mail. that mail insisting me to call me to support number. so i called them. But they told me tht, im not eligible for that offer, bcos thy said i never sent any mail, sms and call to the tatasky. but i told them abt the mail regarding the confirmation of my mail. but thy said, dont know. then i sent a mail again.
5. After few hours some other called me back and told me i'm eligible for 50% offer. so they told me tht i need recharge my account with 2000 Rs to finalise the deal.
6. After few hrs another person called me and told me tht im not eligible for the same, bcos i never registered for it regarding the same. so i start explain everything........xyz. then i sent a mail again.
7. Then another person called me and told me that i need to pay only thru credit card. so then i said, i dont have it, but i have bro's cc. she confirm it and they accept it to settle the deal. and she told me tht i need to pay 2000 Rs and they 'll credit 300 rs for my old device moneyback. i accepted everything. she told me tht i need to call the helpline and proceed the payment thru IVR system. I mailed then again to thank them to settle the matter.
8. I called to the helpline to finish the payment. Then they told me tht im not eligible for the 50% discount offer. so i can't proceed purchase. then i start explain again...xyz.. then i sent a mail again.
9. Then another person from bangalore support call me and fired me for my repeated call and mails. and he told me that, no user allowed to call any helpline regarding the offer. and the general support team dont have details about the matters regarding my offers. so i must not communicate with them. he dictate me very hard manner. and he told me tht, i need to pay 100% upfront thru my CC and they 'll money back my 50% to my tatasky account.
10. finally i came out without any good result. i invested my day by day time, money, interest, dreams, depression and all feelings. Each and every support/rep person has their own logic on offers.

ITS A PURE CHEATING.

THE OFFER IS 50% DISCOUNT. BUT THEY OFFERING IS 50% MONEYBACK. THEY ARE PURELY CHEATING.
