Dear sir,

This is to inform you that Tatasky has not been attending my complain even after continues followup.They want extra charge from me for resolve the problem by shifting the dish to one location to new location though it is not my fault.This is totally Tatasky's responsibility to install the dish in right position for better signal during initial installation.my tatasky dish connection is in warrenty period.

I complained on 26.06.2010 but still today (30.06.2010) it's pending.
