I’ve using TataSky since last 4/5 months.
At the time of installation the engineer ran didn’t had lengthy wire and hence it was installed in one of the room instead of living room, along with a verbal promise to have the wire increased the next day. It’s been 4 months now, every time we call they either make false promises of finding the engineer and then getting back to us or they won’t pick up the call.

They demanded 150 for extra wire, which I’ve no problems in handing over, provided they do it. Since 4-5 months they are unable to find any engineer for this. Call them for a new connection and they will send one immediately. But once you become a
TataSky Subsricber, all of a sudden they have huge list of excuses and meetings, for all the PAID support that they have to provide.
Not only they are spoiling the brand of TataSky, they are harassing us by making false promises since last 5 months.
