I am not able to see properly Imagin TV, Zoom TV, SAB TV, Star Utsav, Sahara 1 etc channels after 7.00 pm. The problem persists round the year 365 days.

My querry status in TATASKY website shows the complain "closed dt 21/7/10 time 10:51:33".
Consecuently Rs 350/- has been deducted as Service Engg. visit charges from my recharge bance (which was valid till 19/8/10).
I had recieved SMS at 23:30:00 on 18/7/10 that Service Engg. will visit on 19/7/10 at 11:29:00. A mobile no. was given. I waited till 12.45 pm then called to find that no. belonged to Mr Akbar (TATASKY technician) who did not have any intimation from his office about attending the complain.
Two in-experienced service technicians had visited on 19/7/10 with a new Remote control & replaced the old one Apart from this they could not do any thing to solve the signal problem.
However, they do not have any proof of any visit by theier service engg.
