Dear Sir

We are from Hyderabad, we are using the TataSky services from 2008. We already have 2 setup boxes in the house and 5 days back we have taken a 3rd box, tata sky hd box. after taking this box, our primary conncetion is not working properly and since past 3 days its not working at all. we have made atleast 50 calls as of now to tata sky customer service and every time we are promised that this would be resolved within 24 hours. everytime we raise a new complaint they close the previous complaint (after 24 hrs of raising it) without solving the problem. latest complain no is 1-12014262795. we are fed up of the false promises and no solution. after so many calls and trying everything possible we are registering a complain with the customer court. please help us as tatasky is not helping at all. our subscriber id is 1019358256.
