Subject : UN-RELIABLE CABLE SERVICE BY DIGITELLY CABLE NET WORK


Dear Sirs,

We are staying in the address above and having a Cable connection of Digitelly , from your local service provider, M/s Raj Cable net work located at 24-D in the same address

The setbox connectivity is very frequently getting disconnected and we are not able to get the satisfactory service through the above serviced provider even after repeated requests to provide us with an uninterrupted service.

Every month M/s Raj Cable net work is collecting Rs. 250.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) without giving a proper receipt. Also they are not providing any compensation for the interrupted period of service.

How best we can take action against this and make M/s Digitelly and the local service provider to compensate for the interrupted service.

This is to inform all subscribers of digitelly my experience with digitelly has been horrible.We do not get a single channel properly on any given day.Times Now is never coming since the set top box has been installed at my place.All the channels are scrambled,sound/picture sudeenly disappears.No amount of complaining to the call center evokes any response.All mother ****ers.
All subscribers have to unite and take these bastards to the consumer court.Only when their arse is on fire will these chutiyas get up from their sleep and do something.Mr.Deepak,are u reading this?

Inspite of repeatedly complaining and pulling our hair out in frustration,the mother****ers and assholes at digitelly will never improve.Services have gone terribly bad.No one cares or listens to u.These bastards require one more Anna Hazare to bring them down to their feet.
