I have been using reliance Big TV for the past two years. I bought the connection on the 29th of august 2008, which they registered as 28th of august. Still, I accepted this mistake. Now, today morning, I recharged my account in the Big TV with Rs.2978, which is the amount for the Diamond Pack. This I did after receiving a message on my set top box two days ago that my connection recharge was due on 25th of august. I recharged my account on 24th of august. Still, when I called customer care and asked them to activate the pack I wanted, they are saying that Rs.10 from my account has been deducted from my account as the validity has to be extended for today. And that I had to pay this money immediately to get the diamond pack. Your people didnt even ask if I had to extend the validity of the same pack for today. I also called your customer care people yesterday (23rd August) regarding the recharge details. They asked me to pay only Rs.2978 and nothing more. I specifically told them that I will pay the money only on 24th, i.e., today. Still, your people didnt intimate me about this money.How can they do this? I mean they themselves said that the present subscription ends on the 25th of august. And now, they say that the validity is over. Is the time going back each day for Reliance?Or is the rest of the world slow?I wanted a diplomatic solution. I dont want to pay even a pie unnecessarily. When a customer is regular, why are these people doing this?
