I am user of VIDEOCON D2H services. My customer ID is 4952022 & I am located at Bhayandar. Every month I get a SMS saying I have negative balance inspite of recharge. Every month when I complain a new problem is told to me and ask to recharge or service will be discontinued.
In May I was told we don't know why there is a negative balance after 3 days but I need to recharge.
On 6th June I received a SMS saying negative balance in my account when I called at call centre I was given a Complain No. 13863785, but no action was taken.
On 9th June Complain No. 13883095 when I made complain I was told some unreasonable deduction is made at their end but still I need to recharge, after resolving of problem I get the credit & I need to check on 12th June.
On 12th June when I check with them I was told problem is resolved but no extra amount is credited to my account & they. Also they have not correctly considered the 2nd Connection charges & I need to make another complain for it & have given me a new complain No.13988222 &need to check on 16th June.
The call centre people are so rude tell, either wait or you can discontinue the services. Even their local office Mira Road one Mr.Umesh Shetty went to the extent I can not do anything.
Please provide me the justice. I am ready to cancel the Videocon Service, if they pay me back my initial money paid for Installation.
