Hi,
I am customer [Cust. ID: 3000048891] of Airtel DTH from Kalyan, Dist. Thane, for last 2 years, I am facing lot of issue regarding "Distorted Video Quality" I have communicated this issue a no. of times to the Airtel DTH customer support at 18001028080 but i got very poor response from them hence i raised a complaint against the said issue. My complaint nos. are 3369601 & 3352136, still no action undertaken. I m struggling for almost 1 month yet no technical support is offered. The worst thing is I am asked to pay visiting charges for their technical engineer, Why can't a reputed company like Airtel take the responsibilities of their own fault? Instead blame customers and charge them for no reason, I am very disappointed with Airtel DTH service. Due to all this experience I find Airtel DTH is highly "irresponsible" , "nontrustworhty", "unprofessional" , "rude". I would never ever recommend anyone to buy Airtel DTH connection Regards Customer of Airtel DTH. |

I have applied for DTH TV for my residence and pd an amont of Rs.999/-thru IVR(Credit Card) but as the installtion at my residence was not possible due to terrace problem as the same was not allowed by our landlord.When I have applied for the DTHTV no one has asked any FAQ from me which has put me into lot of problem.Till date no amount has been refunded to me.I am an ex-serviceman and it is my hard earned money which I want it back rather keeping with your currupt system of operating.At many times I have been promised that the same will be refunded but till date nothing has been heared.This is what services u r providing.Kindly not that I have been issued withTransition No.110026190 thru your custmer care M/s.Dharani also I have been intouch with many customer care staff members named as Mr.Vijay/Mr.Himanshu/Mr.Prabhat/Mr.Sethi all form Indore as they also promised me for the refund amount.It seems it is all bogus as Airtel having no control on their services and its a money eating services.How long do u think u r going to act like this its a shameful act.The email id given by Mr.Amit from technical dept as airtel.prospects@shelltransource.com seems to be fake as the mails are bouncing.Kindly note that Mr.Amit has also promised me that the amount will be refunded for x verification u can contact the said person on MOB No.9223550071 belongs to Mumbai. Kindly note that I hv paid the amount thru Credit Card which has been debited.The amount given as Rs.999/thru IVR.I hope u can understand my problem and would like to take some action so that in future u don't fool people and use their hard earn money for your satisfaction.It is almost one month has passed,but no response thou I am sending reminder on digitaltv@airtel .in/www.airtel.com/airtel.prospects@shelltransource.com but no response.Kindly note my email id as westadmin@unifreightindia.com and majumdar1954@indiatimes.com.contact no.9892363791. AIRTEL or sham Tel
I have taken Airtel digital connection (Id. No. 3001704691) in the month of October, 2009 with STB and DISH bundled together for 3months inclusive of south channels i.e. 10 Telugu channels for Rs. 160 for a price of Rs. 1450 during festive season of Dasara and Deepavali in the city of Jaipur. In the month of January 2010, Airtel came up with an attractive offer of recharging at one go for INR 2000 with 7% incentive adding to the INR 2000 from airtel side. At that time, I made sure via customer care as well as the dealer that the existing package for Rs. 160 will be continued and they nodded affirms. With the condition in mind, I have gone for recharge of INR 2000 besides the unspent balance will take care of my whole year with residue balance will come to another 3 months in 2011. Trouble started in June, all of a sudden, when they stopped beaming Telugu channels without any reason and after trying for 3 days continuously, I get past the customer care support and thought that better sense prevailed as they should adhere to terms and conditions under which I have opted for the subscription of INR 160. Though they restored the Telugu channels but they chopped a lot of channels and main causality is DD channels. I understand that beaming DD channels are compulsory but they have violated from the beginning of October, 2009. Suddenly they started sending mails saying that my subscription amount is over and hence need to recharge. I failed to understand the logic and never received any mail. All of a sudden, after so much of wrangling and haggling with customer care executives, dealer and other persons, they coolly informed that I have never asked for up gradation but while recharging, I failed to mention that this subscription is for one year and too for INR 160. They used to flood my mobile with millions of messages and offers but never mentioned that they have upgraded my package to INR 300 which will take care of south channels. I have never requested for up gradation though they did it unilaterally. Finally, I would like to add that since 15th august, I am getting nearly 10 messages per day plus 3 calls for recharging but not . Never had I received the crucial mails like depositing the 7% incentive or up gradation which they did without consulting me. After going through the coloumns of the Hindu, I am not the one who is dissatisfied but lot more are there. Will Airtel redress my grievance and restore my digital TV connection as per the original option opted in October, 2009 (Rs. 160/- mensem) including the channels of Telugu? |
