My Customer ID is:3002344819. I had video problem (Error Code B001) since 21st July. I was not able to register a complaint the same day because i was told by the Customer care that they are undergoing "system Upgrade". I registered the complaint next morning. Till date no engineer has visited my place to fix the issue. In the mean time during my follow up calls i found out that the issues where close twice without giving me any explanations for the same.Third time i even got a message that i issue has been resolved. when i called up the customer care they provided me with a phone number of local service engineer and asked me to contact him ("Oasis") he never picked the phone. When ever i asked the customer care to connect to any supervisor they made me hold for 10-15 min and then used to disconnect the phone. My strong belief that the phone is purposefully been disconnected is when i called up 6 time and the same thing happened. I even told the customer care that i am ready to pick the service engineer form his office and drop him back to his place if needed.still the service engineer ("Oasis") is not picking up my call and he even disconnects it straight way.

I have lost all hopes. I have been a associated with Airtel for over 5 years with my mobile and broadband services. I have no they option than to move to some other DTH Service.
