I have faced lot of trouble from the customer care of Videocon D 2 H services resulting the loss of money and mental peace. The details are as below.
I have D2 H connection installed in the month of May through GLK kit.I was told to get the scheme of 4444/- Rs for which the subscription for 3 years is valid for Diamond pack.
I had called the customer care number and asked for the purchase and details of the voucher 4444/- on the Date 30 th May 2011 against the request number 41888668. they told me that the above said voucher would be delivered within 24 hours to the address through Videocon representatative against the cash on delivery.
I had waited till 01 st June but no Videocon representative had called or replied. I again called the customer care number and was insured that the request is in process and I will be contacted soon.
After waiting for 2 days without any callback from them, I again contacted the customer care and was told that the above scheme was closed on 31 st of May 2011 but as I had registered before the 31 st May 2011, I will definitely get the voucher.
I had called atleast ten times till 15 th june wherein i had always ensured that the voucher will be provided soon. Every time I was given the non-sense excuses about the delivery of voucher. No executive was ready to give me any assurance of resolving the problem and commitment of expected timeline.
And now finally they had refused to provide me the voucher. I feel cheated as it is not at all my fault.
1. Wrong information was given to me every time i called.
2. By refusing to provide me the above voucher will cause in loss of Rs. 6000/- minimum.( Normal voucher cost of diamond pack = 265 X 48 months = 12720/- Rs ) (this voucher =4444/- only)
3. They have given wrong assurance and commitment every time resulting in mental stress and fatigue.
4. They had wasted my precious time 20 minutes per day X 10 days = 200 minutes
5. The delay in services of company is not at all customers’ mistake and hence company has to be penalized for delays in services and wrong information sharing with customer.
6. So Videocon D2H should be penalized to provide me the free services of diamond pack for four years.
