hi, my videcon recharge coupan number is lost/damaged when i scratching it i hv only a batch no and sr.no which is mention on that card .is there is any way to retrive my coupan no through these codes plz help ,me

sir ihave recharge Rs 500 on 14-10-2011 through recharge wallet but on 16-10-2011 they asked under transtion id no 105142399 but no balance credit in my a/c no kamlesh rane 34025042 recharge wallet did not say to about money has been transfer but vediocone customer care did not check my huge request money trasfer or not i again put recharge of Rs 165 they stand now what about my rs 500 please confirm the same & oblige thanking u in anticipation
