    Default Videocon d2h complaint

    I m a resident in jalgaon in maharashtra. The purpose to file a complaint is that i am having a videocon d2h service at home., but nowadays the sound in the LCD tv is not audible to us,though the program is going on.
    Many complaints have been filed by me ,but no as such response have came to us .It's been 1 week we have been complaining.so there's a humble request to you to see the matter immediately.

    We get an SMS and then refer to website that the D@H is free and to deposit money in Syndicate bank account.

    It contains the logo of videocon DTH.

    Sir, mere pas 2 mahine se videocon d2h hai.hamara id no 5652900 hai. but 1 mahine se yeh theek nai chal raha aur ek week se to bilkul bhi nai chal raha.no picture.bahut bar hamne complaint ki par na hame complaint no diya aur na hi d2h theek kiya.aap plz ise theek karvaye nahi to hum court mein complaint karenge.kyunki hamare pass koi rasta nai hai.

    Default complaint against few channels not working in D2h

    my name is sommya singh and we got this d2h connection from rewari haryana. our customer id is 2353716. now we are in vadodara and we are using diamond pack. the display of the channels in entertainment , movie section has been so poor from past 15 days that it is hardly visible.
    only news channels are properly working. so i wud like to know that if ur charging so much and cannot improve the service then what is the use of taking ur d2h connection.firstly we wud like to know that why few channels are working and few are not. and in how many days our problem vl be resolved or we shud buy some other connection bcz D2H services have been extremely hopeless.

    This is to bring into your kind notice that the service being provided by the Videocon is not up to the mark of customer satisfaction . I Have recharged my dish vide no 798389861666 on 5.07.2010. but the same is not showing in my balance . the toll free lines provide by u are alwals remains closed or busy. i donot think this is a fare business.     My d2h setup totally dead about last 15 days. many times I have complaint to customer care but no response about that.customer care and engineers are not solving my problem..
    In market many dish TV reliable services, It is better that I choose a new One.

    As i am having videocon D2h since the day when rain start in ahmedabad i am getting problem when ever rain comes picture get stuck and box get hang then we have to restart every thing then it start working and even at that time rain is on so it want work I THINK ITS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I HAVE PURCHASE SUCH PRODUCT ITS VERY EASY TO PURCHASE BUT AFTER THAT SERVICE IS 000000 JUST CALL THEM THEY SAYS JUST SORRY IS THIS ENOUGH BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PROBLEM WHAT WE ARE FACING AND THEY DON'T CARE FOR IT ???? I don't have time to call cc and talk with them all the time regarding same problem

    I purchased Videocon mobile phone on 28/3/10, with the mobile phone I was offered a d2h.
    I logged my product on 12/4/10 at that time co. said your product will be delivered within 48 hrs , but still I am waiting for the same I made several calls on 13/5/10,3/6/10,27/9/10,29/9/10&5/10/10 every time the people giving me same ans. That you will get your product will be delivered within shortly.
    Now let me ask will I get the product? If yes then when if no then ………………

    I PURCHASE D2H PRODUCT AT 28 MAY AT THAT TIME I RECHARG WITH RS.1000 AND TOLD 5 MONTH FREE SUBCRIPTION BUT AFTER 4 MONTH AND 14 DAYS (14 OCT) MY BALANCE WAS 0 THAT MEANES THEY CHARGE AS PER REGULAR CUSTMER .WHAT POINT TO EXTRA RECHARGE EARLY AS THEY CHARGE AS REGULAR BASICE.THEREIS APRRO.15 DAYAS SUBSRIPSION LOSS . custmer care represantative answer round and round .BE ON YOUR PROMISE. my d2h id;11517680

    Default Attitude ot dealer

    I have recently purchased ad2h vediocon after being told that its services were good.Today i went to adealer to add an additional pack to my existing diamond pack and to my horror the dealer tells me that he does'nt have time to waste on such kind of matters.If this is the state of your franchises the I am not sure how long your company will be called the fastest growing company in this sector.The details of the dealer are

    If u feel something should be done please do so but rememeber no company can suvive iof its outlets have such unfriendly customer attitude and it definitely tarnises the image of the company.

    Dear Sir,
    I am purchases videocon D2h LCD in Jaipur Rs 16000/- and i am getting one year Fee Recharges
    but after one year all channel is closed and asking for Charging Rs 300/- per month

    Please letus me know that National Channal is Free for All Network but Videocon D2h not shown the channal ( The LCD is DEAD )

I am facing a very bad experience with it. Videocon D2H service is a very bad service.     u can't talk with us" But nobody from vediocon solve or resolve this probelm. last day engg call ur problem solve but u 300 rupess recharge coupen buy
    i talk engg u r change my box than i recharge account engg i say sorry u can first recharge a/c than u r call & coming u change box This company

    Default Overcharging and bad Customer service...

    Hi Sir,

    I hope i am referring to the correct person as i am tired of following up the issue with D2H.

    I am using D2H box since a year now and recently i relocated to a new place so i had asked for the relocation. I had to follow up for more than 2 days for the relocation service and it was only after that, that my relocation was done. I was told the relocation charges would be Rs 250 which would be deducted from my online account. But when the Engineer came to install the device he said that he was told by the company that i need to pay him cash. So i did pay him hard cash Rs 250, but to my surprise even after paying hard cash to the engineer these people deducted Rs 450 from my D2H account.

    When i came to know about this i called up the customer service and a complaint (Complaint No: 45855192) was logged for my issue and i was assured the money would be credited back to my account within 10th of July. I waited till 10th but as it happens nothing was done to resolve my issue. So i again called up the Customer service where i talked through several executives who assured me that the money would be credited back within 24 hours, but again they were just assurance and now its more than 3 weeks i am calling customer service and nothing has been done.

    So today when i again called up the customer service i was given your number (02066440517) and told to call you up and talk to you but as it happens the number didn't work so i called up customer service again and got this email id to which i was told to address the issue.

    I hope at least you will be able to resolve my issue and restore my faith in D2H as i have lost the faith and you are my last hope .


    This was the issue i raised few days back and also emailed to the Nodal officer but didnt get any reply and to my surprise i cant find my complaint in here seems Admin has deleted my post...pathetic....

    Default D2H Installation

    I had purchased Videocon LCD on 23-Oct-2011 with in-built d2h. I have received SMS from videocon that my installation will be done on 29-Oct-2011 at 11:00 AM. I also got a Customer ID and Workorder Number from Videocon, which is : Customer ID: 57445433 and Workorder Number: 8887062. But still my installation is pending. I have called 2-3 times in Videocon customer services but there is no positive response from their side.
    Please do the needful.

    Default D2H Really Big cheater They cut 800 intead of 500 as a service charge

    Hi,

    The story had biggen with time when, i shifted my house goods from One place to another place in pune city and i raised the resuest for my D2H installation at new loaction, and they explain me for wall mounting charge Rs 500/- so i accept it and told them, send your executive and mount my LCD on wall. they send the person and LCD intallation done. every thing is ok and proper in place, but still i have a question that 500 is ok for the simple wall mounting(this is my first concern actually).

    And now after few days i am just checking my D2H account through internet, the i can to know that they cut Rs 800/- from the account(actually they can't take hard cash at the time of service as custmor care executive explain me policy that is ok... what ever his policy) but the problem is the cut Rs 800 instead of Rs 500/- as they told me previously.

    Then i make a complaint againt extra Rs 300/-, they take my compalin No.-91469505.
    its start from 1st week of Dec 2011. and i got call from his executive on 8th Dec 2011,
    i explain him all the thing again and he said "OK sir we will resolve your issue soon."
    and then not getting update till last week of Dec 2011. then i called him. then again they initiate the task to assign to some body else. he called me at 2nd week of Jan 2012. then i explain him from start. the no replay till date.

    Yesterday i called him for want to know update regarding my compalin No.- 91469505, so they reply that compalin has been resolve and what ever the chage has been apply again your service is absolutelly correct, and we can't refound you amount in you D2H account.

    For start to end it seems like he is the customer and i am service provider, i mean its like vice versa relation right every time i call hime for update.

    1. Every time i called him to know the update for my compalin.
    2. They cut the amount from the D2H account not taken hard case at the time of service, beacuse D2H account is sufficient funded and whatever amount they want, they reduct it without any intimation from, because the account and amount with him right now.
    3.Whatever they want, cut the amount without any intimation, i didn't get any reciept and explaination for amount(they service charged).
    4. Why they can't update for any amount cut from the D2H account with proper reason(on mail ID or on SMS).
    5. Actually they want to do his monopoly(they are fraud) beacuse of this reason they can't take hard case at the time of service and can't give any recipt, beacuse they want to cut extra charge. instead of fear charge.
