    Angry Videocon D2H HD DVR - Balance Transfer

    Hello Videocon D2H Support,

    My OLD customer id is XXXXXX
    My NEW customer id is XXXXXX

    I’m using Videocon D2H for almost more than a year now, from day 1 till today I have always faced some or the other issues with the service/ support in pathetic way.

    I have shifted from Satellite DVD to HD DVR 45 days ago and the balance amount of my previous account to new is not yet shifted + scheme amount of Rs.1000/- for returning Satellite DVD is also not deposited yet (It was committed that it will be transferred within 10 days). DUE TO WHICH MY D2H SERVICE IS SCRAMBLED.

    Complaint Numbers:
    a. 44614428
    b. 44614897

    The major part is about your service from the support center people, they are full of shit and doesn't know basic customer handling skills, they are full on charged in giving all kinds of false commitments.

    Since, yesterday I spoke to many of your agents (Praveen, Tanaji, Alvin & etc.) and none of them able to give me the timeline about the resolution.

    In addition Mr. Praveen has falsely introduced to his colleague Mr. Tanaji as Team Lead/ Floor Supervisor which he was not and he simply started giving me jazz which I came to know today when I called for follow up on the above mentioned complaints.

    Today, I was put on hold for more than 30 mins to transfer my call to another supervisor (Shobhna) who didn't appear on the call as she was aware about this issue and how much irate I was; hence they simply disconnected my call which I was clearly able to hear it as the agent forgotten to put the call on mute.

    The wonderful thing is when I decided escalate this issue to the Circle/ Nodal Officer and tried calling on Pune numbers, 020-66440517 & 020–66440515, these numbers itself are not in service. WHICH IS VERY VERY PITY

    I have completely lost trust in Videocon.

    Also, I am certainly going to publish this e-mail on Facebook/ Twitter and Consumer Court Forum to let the people know what Videocon is capable of in terms of providing the service/ support.

    Your response will be very helpful here our entire society is planning to shift to some other provider now.

    Thanks for the quick response; but its more than 24 hours now and still my services are stopped.

    Can you ensure that the services will be resumed ASAP and I dont care even if you deposit balance money tomorrow.

    Default transfer of money

    I had ordered for videocon d2h connection . D engg cam 2my place . He told me 2get my connection cancelled bcos (bcos accordin 2 him d dish was out of site .) . I wasnt der at dat moment . My mom was der . My mom told me dat he was in a hurry & wantd 2 leave as early as possible . Der r many videocon connection in my locality . Dey didnt had any netwrk prob den y should hav any. My frount wall is estwrd facin so it can be tilted in south direcn to get d signal . Also other option would hav ben 2 mount on my grill . He didnt gav us any option rathr he wantd 2 leave . His no. is +918652283323 . Prob didnt ended here . Dat was just d warm up . I had ordred online , my transaction no was D2H20110620113054. I want 2 retrive my amt . But evry tme i call d toll free no , dey reply me by sayin dat ur account is undr process . Dey hav forwrded my complaint 2 d higher authority & i will get a call in anothr 24 hr . It has been ovr a wek & i havnt received any call as such .these dth has d wrst custmr care . Dey do nt hav any power 2 do anything . Dey r only sitting der 2hear customers bad words . Only thng dat dey can say is we r sory for ur inconvience . Prob dosnt get solved by only sayin sorry , dey need 2 undrstnd dat . Im stuck in between . Dey pple r not installing d dish nor dey transfering d amt 2 my account . I had also sent d mail twice 2 customercare@d2h.com . Wat i got was automatically generated response & once dey replyed by sayin dat my amount will be returned in 21 workin days. These pple r treating me like fools. 21 workin days , dats simply bullshit ? My request is eithr u install my dish or return my amount at d earliest .
