I’m using Videocon D2H for almost more than a year now, from day 1 till today I have always faced some or the other issues with the service/ support in pathetic way.
I have shifted from Satellite DVD to HD DVR 45 days ago and the balance amount of my previous account to new is not yet shifted + scheme amount of Rs.1000/- for returning Satellite DVD is also not deposited yet (It was committed that it will be transferred within 10 days). DUE TO WHICH MY D2H SERVICE IS SCRAMBLED.

The major part is about your service from the support center people, they are full of shit and doesn't know basic customer handling skills, they are full on charged in giving all kinds of false commitments.
Since, yesterday I spoke to many of your agents (Praveen, Tanaji, Alvin & etc.) and none of them able to give me the timeline about the resolution.
In addition Mr. Praveen has falsely introduced to his colleague Mr. Tanaji as Team Lead/ Floor Supervisor which he was not and he simply started giving me jazz which I came to know today when I called for follow up on the above mentioned complaints.
Today, I was put on hold for more than 30 mins to transfer my call to another supervisor (Shobhna) who didn't appear on the call as she was aware about this issue and how much irate I was; hence they simply disconnected my call which I was clearly able to hear it as the agent forgotten to put the call on mute.
The wonderful thing is when I decided escalate this issue to the Circle/ Nodal Officer and tried calling on Pune numbers, 020-66440517 & 020–66440515, these numbers itself are not in service. WHICH IS VERY VERY PITY
I have completely lost trust in Videocon.
Also, I am certainly going to publish this e-mail on Facebook/ Twitter and Consumer Court Forum to let the people know what Videocon is capable of in terms of providing the service/ support.
Your response will be very helpful here our entire society is planning to shift to some other provider now.
