I Purchased videocon D2H LCD four months back. It is not working now. there is some technical problem . I lodged the complaint in videocon d2h as well as in vijay sale(dealer).

That technical person of videocon d2h is saying that one parts needs to be change. i ask them to replace the lcd. They are not co-operating ....

I just want to complaint in the consumer court for replacement. but i dont know how to proceed .

kindly help...
