Respected Sir/Madam,

I was purchased one Videocon D2H 19” inches LCD on 13th June 2010 from Sai Electronics, Rohini, and he was handed over to me one sealed pack LCD TV on the same day. In the evening (same day) an engineer was come from Videocon Company for installing the connection but when the box is opened the LCD was found damaged and also smart card was found mismatched. Since my repeated reminder to the company and the dealer the connection is not start as yet. Dealer and company blaming to each other.I want that the LCD TV should be replaced.
Please help me in this regard.
