hello sir.
i had purchased a videocon d2h satellite box 1001 on 08-06-2010.
my custmer id number is 12375518
then there was a problem occured(no power supply) in satellite box on 13 june 2010. then after 2 days there engineer visit and rectify the problem.
but at next morning(i.e. 14-06-2010) the box had faced the same power supply problem.
i complained again at customer care then the engineer visit in 2 days and again repair the box.
but now today( 22 june 2010) there is again fault occurred in box( no signal)
hence i call customer care and they told the engineer will visit before 28 june...
when i argue them to send the engineer early hence box is faulty thrice in 2 weeks den they disconnected the call twice........
the behavior of their call center executive are highly professional.
so, i am fed up with the service of videocon d2h in alll the manner..
in their product, their call center and also their poor service......
i told them to replace my satellite box but they denied.
so i dont want to carry on with same repaired setellite box.i just want to replace my box.
please resolve my problem as soon as possible...
