    Default Videocon Dish TV

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased a Videocon Dish TV on ,Cust.Id- 2898250 ,Regu.no.41248559159,complaint no. 15642968 DTD 21/07/2010 ,Cust.Name- Balram Pundir . The same is giving me troubled service after two months of purchase. The equipment was looked after by your local service engineer several times when ever I complained of the service.. The problem could not be sorted out completely. At last they took away the equipment for replacement on 20 Jul 2010. Since than no communication has been received nor any body came back with the equipment. Moreover the recharge coupon amount has also expired. My family is deprived of the entertainment also. I request you to look into the matter and issue complimentary coupon for the period lapsed. Looking forward for an early response.

    Unhappy Trouble with Videocon Dish TV

    My son purchased Videocon DTH five days back that is on 14 Apr 2011at Bangalore. It has not worked for even one minute. It was to be connected through TV Tuner Card but the dealer failed to provide AV to RF converter. Customer Care since day one confirmed that action will be taken within 8 working hours, however the so promised 8hours are yet to come. On reminding the customer care came areply that company does not provide the cable. Customer care was put wise by quoting excerpts from their manual.Customer ID-41001667. Will company respond at all ? If yes in how much time. Suggested company comes up with Citizens Charter and also inform action taken for its shortcomings.

    sir i purchased videocon dish tv at nellore in buchi reddy palem village.my id no.30437660.i rechareged it but it was not working.i called to customer care but you are not responding.kindly take this problem in notice

    Dear Sir,
    my name is Saravanan .M and i brought Videocon Dish TV on 04/03/2011, Cust.Id- 37232767,
    after the instalation the box doesnt work so i launch an complaint with in 3 day 3technician came and The problem could not be sorted out completely. At last they took away the equipment for replacement and came with older one and im not convice to go with older one so i cancelled the service to give back my money now they say they will only give back money after 90 day.

    even after the 90 day giving false assurence like we esculated like on ... and giving some complaint no's 43901853

    I request you to look into the matter for an early response.
