It is requested that I wanted a new digital tv connection at my residence (A-27, Ground Floor, Rampuri, Near Surya Nagar, Distt. Ghaziabad-201011) (my phone numbers 01204117705 and 9811237913).

For this, I made a request on your website Mobile Prepaid, Broadband, Postpaid Mobile, DTH Services in India: airtel and I received a call from Mr. Yoginder Singh, who explained me all the packs and send me a link of CONNECTINDIA to make the payment of Rs.2,190/- by credit card. When I was making the payment, a message was displayed on the screen that the payee's site is not secure and the payment details can be seen by any third party. Fearing the leak of my credit card details, I clicked on CANCEL. But to my horror, even then the payment has been made to CONNECT INDIA, and I have also confirmed from Stanchart Customer Care that the payment has been made. BUT THE SITE HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANY REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE PAYMENT. WHAT IS THIS MOCKERY? Standard Chartered Bank says that as the payment has been made, they can not do anything now.

Then I called Airtel customer care at 121, they told me that Connect India is not their dealer. They gave me DIGITAL TV Customer care no. 18001028080. There I talked with Mr. Rupesh Datta. He told me that Connect India would not give me the service. They do not have own customer care no. and to have a connection through them would take substantial time. He also advised me to get the connection direct from Airtel.

NOW, I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THE IMBROGLIO THAT WHO IS RIGHT AND WHO IS WRONG.

IF, CONNECT INDIA TOOK THE LEAD FROM YOUR WEBSITE THEN WHAT IS MY FAULT. I took the call and talked as if I am talking with Airtel directly. If you do not recognise them, then why and how they took the lead?

It is the full responsibility of AIRTEL from whose site the problem started. If anyone can take lead from your site then why the public is responsible. We would definitely believe the person who is calling on behalf of Airtel.

NOW, I DO NOT WANT THE CONNECTION AT ALL. PLEASE CANCEL MY REQUEST UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND REFUND MY PAYMENT WITH INTEREST.
KINDLY ALSO NOTE THAT IF IMMEDIATE ACTION OF REFUND IS NOT TAKEN, THEN I WILL PROCEED AGAINST ALL WITH LEGAL ACTION AND ALL THE EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE LEGAL CASE WOULD HAVE TO BE BORNE BY YOU.
