Dear sir,

This is Veerendra Kumar Satuluri, i am a customer to Sundirect DTH Service from last one year on words.

they blames me regarding a paid service. i registered a complaint against this and the complaint no is:1-335583490. at the time of complaint they said that it will be resolved with in 24 hours. so i wait for more than 24 hours, again i made a call to customer care regarding the same issue. again they said it will take 10 Hours. i wait for more than 10 hours and recall to customer care again they said 2 hours and 1/2 an hour and some times they says "hard-refresh" and "Refresh" options. they did not provide me a proper solutions and at the same time they are wasting my Money for phone calls.

i interact with : Tanuj Malhotra, Manish, Santosh (Call center executives)

finally i decided to disconnect their server. so i made a call to executive for refund of the money, they says to me once paid they didn't return back my money. please provide me a justice against this. give them a severe punishment to SUN Direct. So that they can't repeat it again to any of their customers.
