Hi,
I purchase a flat in Kamothe (Navi Mumbai) and entered into the agreement to sale with builder. The registration was done in the registrars office. I have paid all the amount to the builder. But lateron I found out that the PAN card details entered into the registration documents were mismatched. Actually the first letter of the PAN card was different from actual.
Now, I am chasing with the builder to get this rectified but he is not responding well. Its almost six months now, asking the builder to get this thing rectified, but he is just passing the time by saying today, tomorrow, next week and so on.
So, I want to know that what can be done in this case?
What is wrong if it is not rectified?
Please advise.
