Hello,

I had rented a flat in Kothrud, Pune through Ashok & Associates located on Karve Road, owned by Mr. Ashok Kakade.

I had paid a deposit money of Rs. 80,000 for the above said flat, out of which 50,000 was in the favor of the owner and 30,000 was in the name of Mr. Kakade himself, which he said all will be repaid once I vacate the flat.

I have vacated the flat in June 2010. Unfortunately as of yet, i.e,, December 2010, he has not repaid the 30,000 to me. He repaid the 50,000 that was in the owner's name.

Whenever I call him, he says give me a day or two.

Can you please help with this matter. I would like to file a case against this person.
