SIR,
I have sued & had won a case against the builder mr.klv rama rao,managing director,m/s sterling estates &properties -chennai

My case ref no is-C.C.190/2009, the judgment was given by sri-R.MOHAN DOSS,PRESIDENT & SRI KAMALA KANNAN- MEMBER -1 judges of DIST CONSUMER FORUM -NORTH-CHENNAI dated-29th November 2010, in their order the forum ordered the builder to pay a compensation of rupees one lakh sixty five thousand and four hundred and sixty four [ 1,65,464] with in six weeks from the date of receipt of the judgment copy,the copy was delivered to the builder on-28th Dec,2010 as per records of the forum,
till date there is no communication from the builder, it seems to be that he hasn't approached the upper court in specified time also.
The builder creating mental agony by not honoring the forum judgment and it seems to be now , i have to run from pillar to post .
i am 59 yrs old , please help me !
