Hi,

I had a complaint with a builder for deficiency of service. For the same, I approached the district consumer forum where the court favored on my behalf and asked the builder to refund my money with interest. The time period for repayment has passed and the builder has not returned the money. He also changed his office address as soon as it looked like he was going to lose the case. (I know his present office/site address).
The builder initially said that he'll appeal the decision, but I've not heard anything from him.

What is the next step I can take to get justice?
