Builder not paying delay payment
Dear Sir,
I brought flat from S.V Construction Hyderabad, As per agreement Builder suppose to complete complete flat by June 2011 if not he will pay rent amount per month. Now builder is denied to paying rent amount. I got possession by December 2011. Please advice me how to get those amount from Builder.
