With due respect i want to bring to your notice an illegal construction that is happening in BS - 21 Shive Enclave, Paschim Vihar New Delhi - 110063.

Already a complaint was filed on 4 - March -2008 against Mr. Dilruba Thakur and his family basis a potential encroachment / illegal construction. MCD department was proactive and kind enough to take an immediate action and send cops to demolish the same.

Today on 4 - October - 2010 again the construction has started, the same walls have been built up which were demolished basis MCD orders hereby violating the orders.

My humble request to you again to look into the matter, as Mr. Dilruba Thakur and his 2 sons are threatning me and my family.

The complaint # is 13241 , dated 4 - March - 2008.

sir this property has been recentaly built up with four floors and lot of daviations and excess coverage in all floors were built with the help of area inspector as he has took lot of amount as bribe i want to know why the suitable action was not taken yet when the severaL complaints has been sent yet. the building owner has ignore all rules and regulations of building(M.C.D) act and cross the maximum height specified by the department.

now through R.T.I i want to know what action has been taken in this matter

With due respect a written statement was submitted by M.C.D in the court of (A.D.J) Sh. A.K.Sarpal on dated 09/01/09 regarding illigal construction at premisses bearing no.WZ.-56 Meenakashi garden, new delhi-110018, in this matter it was stated that the building has been booked wide file no.7/B/UC/WZ/09 on dated 01/01/09 as some daviations were found in the shape of excess coverage in the respective all floors, and lot of complaints from neighbors were also submitted in the same matter but no action has been taken yet.and also for your kind information the building has not been constructed as per site plan approved by M.C.D at all.

Through R.T.I I want to know why any action has not been taken yet and who is responsible for that, weather the circumstances are in favour of money keepers then where the poor persons will go who will listen to us,

Actually if you are living in this area and you want to built your house you must go through this chain

First of all mr. suresh will approch you and suggest you to meet mr. ajay chaudhary regarding your illigal construction in m.c.d office tagore garden after 4 pm.
When you will be there Mr. Ajay chaudhary will suggest you to meet at Anita babbar office at 22 block tilak nagar next day in early morning.
Next day when you will be at Anitas office you will be shocked to know when your counceller will ask you to pay for your illigal construction.
if you pay quitely then you can do any thing without any problem for avidance go in the following premisses where all the rules of govt. of india has been raped. by giving a huge amount as bribe to this chain

This is to inform you that there is a illegal construction going on in D-9 Pratap Nagar (Andha Mughal) Delhi - 110007.
This person has occupied unauthorised land in front of his house (Approx 6 - 10 feets) which is the footpath at the side of road & at the back of his house.We have complained to Police but they have not taken any action.Any one can see How much construction is going on in this house no.D-9 Pratap Nagar (Andha Mughal) Delhi - 110007. It is situated near pratap nagar metro station.In my view Police & MCD people have taken money from this person thats why they are sleeping and he is cotinuously occupying government surface without any fear in his mind.

I request kindly take my complaint seriously and come once to see this construction site so that MCD will judge & see the real situation.

With due respect i want to draw your attention towards an illegal construction that is happening at RZ-144b, shiv block, street no.9, Raghu Nagar, New Delhi-110045. they are constructing an extra floor on a four storey building. no MCD permission is taken which makes it dangerous for the owner as well as other residents of the building.

This is regarding illegal construction in Flat No.160 A & 160 B , Vikrant Enclave , Maya Puri New Delhi 110064.

I would like to bring into your kind notice that above Flats are owned by Husband & Wife which is illegal as in DDA Flats by rule Husband and Wife can own only one Flat .

The owner of flats are govt retired and they are Commercially using the flat by opening agency "Sood Consultancy" .

For last six month the owner of the flats have made illegal construction by constructing second floor by encourching the government land . They have raised pillar at the back of the flat on govt land and have given support to the second floor. They have extend balcony on three sides of the Flat.

Four year back due to the illegal construction the MCD has already removed the illegal construction but inspite of this and notice given to owners of flat ,they have once again reconstructed the illegal structure and have raised second floor.

So you are hereby requested to take necessary action and remove the illegal construction.

I Ashok Narayan Sharma S/O Late V.S.Sharma resident of C11/5, Model Town, Delhi. I wanted to draw your kind attention towards the illegal construction carried on the road outside the house no. C11/5 and C11/8 address. Some Model Town area people dig the big holes in the road and placed huge pillars for gate (wall) on the MCD road joining houses C11/5 and C11/8, Model Town, Delhi. I wanted to know that if they had taken the permission from MCD and if they had taken the permission could I please get the copy of the date on which they had filled the application.

I wanted to know as when MCD had given the permission to place the gate on road outside house no. C11/5 and C11/8 of Model Town, Delhi. This is the joining road between Azadpur and Model Town area. If any kind of gate is constructed on the above mentioned address, it would just going to create problems for all the passers-by. As this is the main road for MCD colony people to enter the Model Town area. This is being the main passage for public use to commute, construction would create just chaos among general public.

If MCD has not given them the permission, so kindly put the damage charges on them. And also place the damage charges on them according the Road Act.

I hope you would kindly pay due attention towards my problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

This letter is a request to the concerned authority to verify and take the necessary action against the illegal constructed property in the heart of East Patel Nagar, New Delhi which can anytime turn into a major tragedy for the people living in and for the neighbors.

I am staying in this area where I sometime park my vehicle opposite of house no. 7/1 and 7/2, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi but recently I have noticed that this building is an absolute illegally constructed with the sub standard construction material. Due to the same this building has started tilting towards one side and can collapse any time which can put the life of hundreds of people in danger especially the people living in the houses, the children who are mostly playing outside and neighbors.

After looking at this house I am always wondering about the following.

1.This house in 7/1 and 7/2 are constructed jointly of 2 houses whereas all the lower floors are separated but the top 5th floors is joined which is not only illegal as per the MCD point of view but also dangerous/illegal as per the constructions point of view.

2. They have done the 100% coverage for this house and violated all the norms and regulation as per the MCD guidelines.

3. They have many commercial establishments running at the ground floor and still have the height of the building much more than 15 meters in height. How this can’t be visible to any of the local police or MCD officials?

4. Most Important was that we did some research & found that this building is on the demolish list of MCD including the few building which were adjacent to this building and have been demolished by the MCD 3-4 years back then why this building individually has been left and what can be the reason for this VIP treatment?

I must add here that I am not sending this letter to harm anyone but I am trying to protect the life of hundreds of people who are living in this area and their life can be in danger if this building is collapsed at any given day. I would like your esteemed office to please do the necessary inspection about the material, height and legality inspection of the mentioned building to avoid any unwanted incident in the area.

But, I would like to stress to have the information from your office that how can this building is standing tall instead of having in the MCD Demolition list for 4 years whereas other building in this lane already been demolished. Can this be treated as a preferential treatment or we shall think of some corruption angle into this and I am sure that our government now days are very strict on corruption issues and therefore this matter will be treated on top most priority on an urgent basis and dealt with all possible legal remedies.


Hope the justice will prevail and you will not take chance with the hundreds of precious human life.

We are the residents of A.K. House,115/116, Old Khar, Mumbai 400052. We have been leaving peacefully here for the last 40 years.
Recently a person named Nazir Mansuri Land mafai has brought a old plot (118/119) next to us. He is doing illegal construction there and illegally capturing area which we have complained to the BMC.
The BMC has taken action and were demolishing the illegal part of his construction when he Nasir Mansoori with his brother Bashir Mansoori (Drug Addict) caught the residents of A.K. House Mr. Rashid Shaikh outside our house and beat him up when he was going out for some work.
We have received threat to life for the residents of A.K. House and were beaten up (a senior citizen and my Family members including my daughter-in-law, elderly women and pregnant women) by people doing illegal construction working in the plot adjacent to our house.
We have filed a complaint and FIR no of which is 0435 dated 11.Oct.2011.with Khar Police Station regarding the same (Copy attached).

We the residents of A.K. House 115/116 Old Khar West want to compliant about the illegal construction on Plot No 118/119 , Old Khar Mumbai 52

There is no space being left between the Structure being constructed on plot no 118/119 and A.K. House Blocking fresh air, sunlight, and ventilation.

There will be danger of theft, Fire from the illegal structure being constructed on plot 118/119, Old Khar, Mumbai 52. As there is no space left.

The entry for our building which is already blocked by illegal encroachment is being further reduced by this new illegal construction.

This illegal construction as already been given stop work notice last year.

The same notice was again given by the BMC with extension this year and some demolition activity was carried out on the 11th of Oct 2011.

However the iron beams that were erected by the owner were not demolished.

The BMC official have told they do not have the tools and manpower to carry out the demolition work.
We request you to take stern action against these harassment and inconvenience being caused to the resident of this locality.

I would like to draw your attention towards an illegal construction that is happening at 321 Vasant Enclave (Vasant Vihar), New Delhi-110045 with the help & guidance of local property dealer. The owner is constructing an extra floor on a two storey building in which he has recently purchased the second floor. No MCD permission is taken which makes it dangerous for the owner as well as other residents of the building. Surprisingly this house is situated on the main road and in last 3 days no PCR van has taken the initiative to stop this illegal construction, guess it’s the “M” power!!!

My humble request to you is to look into the matter and take action so that a strong precedence can be set for those who think that money can do anything
