Now a days in hyd more number of hostels are rising with out any permission and they are costing heavy amount for food but not providing hygienic food, In absence they are seeking their more profit on hostels.To control this government is not taking any actions against these hostels. All we expect is every hostel must get permission from government , and food must be checked by food inspectors. This may lead to big danger from other worse forces to rise. please take necessary actions on all Permission less hostels in hyderabad.
Expecting justice is not crime!!!

My hostel warden charges more but the facilities are poor and disguisting.Its a private hostel and is there something that can be done to close the hostel if it doesnt meet the requirements of the guide lines?

this is my real experience please don't stay in hostels at mehdipatnam... because initial days of your joining in that hostel they'll give respect and treat like a guest but later 15days or after one month they'll show their original character .... you know almost they treat every one like a servent.. yes from morning onwards they'll scold any one without reason and everything.. no respect at all... i don't even understand one thing why govt is not taking steps on these type of private hostels.. they are charging nearly 2000-3500 here but they're paying single penny to govt.. they're not paying taxes also..

where is labour officer and where is food inspectors and where is controlling bodies...

Please Check The Basic Amenities And Food Of The Hostel Before You Join, As A Quick Check You Shouldn't Pay For The Whole Month As In Advance. Once You Pay The Whole Amount The Management Can Take An Advantage And Show Negligence In Provide Amenities. If It Is A Licensed Hostel Than We Can Question On The Amenities Provided.

If You Get Cheated By The Hostel Management, You Can Freely Approach The Consumer Forum, Which Is Located At Khairathabad, Food Safety And Standards Authorities Division And Also Some Tribunals Who Work On Indian Food Standards.

There Are Some Organizations Which Are Working For Victims Who Get Cheated By The Management Of Hostels. (WHO Union And Consumer Union Are The Best Known Examples)

If You Are Cheated By The Management, You Can Approach The Police Station And File A Cheating Case On The Hostel Management. Police Usually Takes Action On The Report/Case By Questioning The Concerned Hostel Management
