We are writing this email to know the status of the ordered interior work for our flat in La Celeste XS real Project (P1C4C). We have copied the email to Mr. P. Balachander (as part of advantageaustria program). Given your intimation letter (send to us by email on April 9), we have given you the cheque of Rs. 1,75,000 for the balance payment immediately. The cheque has been cleared on April third week. Your intimation letter for which we have the copy says that

"We’ll complete installation within 20 days from the date of commencement of installation".

Given everything the installation should have started by April third week (as your intimation letter says).


We have called you several times from UK to know the status and everytime we got a response that you will send the photograph tomorrow. We have never got anything.

On May 1st we wrote the following:

Dear Mr. Naveen,

"After getting the full payment, you once again have not been able to keep your promise. You have promised that you are going to give us an update of the work (including photographs) every week. Now after the full payment, two and half weeks has been passed without even a single update. We hope that we will get some information regarding the work soon. Please recall that you have promised to finish the work by May 10th and after you finish the work the XSREAL can only start their last stage of work which includes final painting. The XSREAL also needs three weeks to finish the work and we want to enter by the apartment by June 1st week." and you did not bother to reply.

After that even we have called you thrice and your response is the same.

In the meantime, we were also in Touch with XSREAL (our builder) in terms of the progress some of the work that they can only do only after you finish. We always got response from them and today we have got an email to the extent that we should contact the interiors immediately as your work remains unfinished in every respect.

To prove the above, I have enclosed some photographs taken on May 22nd which is after five weeks that you have got the final balance payment and the cheques has been debited from our bank account (we have the proof also in favour of us).

Given this, we have decided to move to the Consumer Forum and in terms of our registered compalin, this would be mainly directed towards you. We are also contacting local lawyers in terms of registering a case agianst you in the Small Claims Court. We thought that we should let you know about this. Quoting from your intimation letter dated April 9, 2010

"Hope we have made ourselves clear. Please get in touch with us if any clarifications are required"

to all the people all over India

I'm customer of cookscape Bnangalore- Orchid design Pvt Ltd. My kitchen order was dated back in July 2010. As per calculation it is 3.5 months i.e. 100 days since I have paid my 1st cheque for this order.
I have all the mail communication (some are below) and papers related to this.
they write & promise of completing the order in 30- 40 days.

But my kitchen cabinet order is still incomplete. It is not completely delivered as confirmed and not yet installed.

After 3.5 months i.e. 100 days, I am still waiting for my Kitchen to be completed, still there is lot of work pending and it is half done.

I am extremely unhappy with this experience.

There is absolutely no professionalism and courtesy shown as response. This was not expected from cookscape as company who claims to be in this business for years. Though I'm the customer still I myself have make several calls to enquire every time to check on the progress.
Mr Prabhakar, Mr. Sudhakar, Mr. Wilson who works for bangalore Cookscape are total impossible and total unprofressional people. Mr Raaja from chennai branch of cookscape & I have also spoke to their VP/Director Mr. Srinivas-- all of these people are fraud and and dont bother about the customer order and exhibit unprofessional and money minded approach. I have all these people phone numbers and & mail track of the order details & date promised.

I'm upset with this attitude and in future will not ever recommend cookscape to any of my friends/ acquaintance. I'm puuting this a official complaint on the comsumer forum.

Dear Sir,


I have to submit a serious complaint reg. your secunderabad office.
They have taken contract of my second Flat at Secunderabad.
The Order is for approx Rs.7.00 Lacs which is already paid by us.
The work is going at the SLOWEST PACE POSSIBLE, THEREBY putting me in great problem.
On 4.11.2010 the Entire Furniture had arrived at Sec-bad - amount paid- and the Furniture was taken to my Flat.....
Assurance was given that within 8 to 10 days the furniture would be installed..... but today it is nearly 56 days and the work is still incomplete.
Of late - no boday is responding my calls - my messages - nor my personal visits.
The work is totally at stand still - and every time when i contact - a vague excuse is given that mr.x is sick , his family member is hospitalised, than mr.z is not well.....and again mr.abc has not come to work.... and today on my visit to your secunderabad office when i took the matter seriously.... it appeared that no one is bothered.... instead of taking action to complete in next 4-5 days which i badly need - they were discussing that again the work team of my flat are taking leave for 5-7-9 days & they may return only in the New Year.
Just for your info - during my last 2 visits to the flat in 7 days - only 1 Carpenter was working in the Flat - instead of a Team of 4-5 Workers.
They have still not ordered the Glasses for the Crockery Unit and the TV Unit.... They claim that one of your staff has ordered ---- but no one knows where ...they do not have any phone number to countercheck.....
My dear Sir,,,,,, what do we conclude with the above treatment extended to me....
Some check / supervision from Chennai is a must i feel....... else everthing is going the way they want.....
I had let out the flat to one of my client and i could not deliver to them on 1.12.2010 since work is not completed and i am liable to pay a penalty of Rs.28,000/- per month and i also loose the monthly rent of Rs.28,000/ per month ie., total Rs.56,000/- per month....
I humbly seek the intervention of senior executives from chennai and ensure that my flat is completed within next 4-5 days.
I will appreciate, if a reply is given to my email and also if the work is completed in 5/6 days.
