My name is Nishit Mirani.

I bought apartments in a building constructed by a so called reputed construction company in February 2010. Its been just 5 months since & I have started facing huge problems of undescribable leakage & internal damage caused to my home.

The extent is so bad that even a part of the roof has fallen. I would like to seek help of this consumet forum to expose such unethical n unscruplous companies who dont care about their customers & charge them through their noses.

And, currently we are living in conditions which are not liveable anymore. Water is dripping on us from the roof. Its like rainfall within the house. There is damaged caused to all the walls in the flat & also to our new furniture.

I would like to make this public to save people from going through the same plight & to warn them of such unscuplous builders.

All complaints with evidednce to the builder, local sales manager have gone unansewered n I have now decided to take all possible steps to expose the builder.
