We had booked a flat from a reputed builder, bldg is under construction. At the time of booking we were assured that we cud upgrade our flat at the same rate (as we were confused ). They wanted us to book on the same day, which we did. After 3 days itself, we were sure that we wud go for a bigger flat and contacted the sales person, who had assured us of it. This time, he replies saying he is no longer in charge of the concerned project. He said dat we needed to send a mail to another person, which we did on the same day. There was no reply to that mail. Since then, its been almost 2 months, it is we who are calling them up. Everytime they say they need to speak to their concerned persons and dat they wud call back, but all in vain. Same excuses, they only give us new nos. to contact and till dtae nothing finalised. Now, they tell medat i need to go in for the upgradation with the new rates. My question is if the sales person wasn't sure, why did he assure us at the time of booking. Secondly, why this delay, when we have been after them from the first week itself, when the rates were still the same. Please help and let me know what i cud do in this case.
