Dear Sir/Madam,

1) I had booked flat in SuperTech Buider Eco-Village-II, In July-2010 through AH Dealer in Ghaziabad. I am given the 10% amount at that time to AH Dealer is Main dealer but i given to co-dealer.

2) When i reached to SuperTech Office in Noida. Then i found my Allotment letter was not ready. According to Supertech there is some dispute in between Supertech and our dealer regarding Rate of Flats.

3) Then that dispute cleared in Dec-2010. I got allotment letter with revised rate.

4) Then i came to know, when i get Home-Loan 80% then i have to clear all the 20% amount of Total Value.

5) Then i applied to LIC home Loan through Supertech employee (Already Having Loan Deptt). I d'nt know the exact reason but they are taken nearabout three months. Then the person (Supertech) handling my Loan application. He told me my office is not in Delhi due to that Loan approval problem is coming. He advised me to apply in HDFC Bank

6) Then I applied in HDFC home loan through Supertech. Between one month loan is sanctioned and when i reached to HDFC home loan office they told me that. HDFC home loan stopped to give loan to NOIDA Extension because dispute in Farmers and Noida authority.

7) Now the problem is solved but some court result is coming in January-2012 or Dec-2011. Then Supertech will take the money and Banks also start the Loan.

8) Now I came to know from Supertech CRM deptt. you are not given the 10% amount of increased amount after AH group dispute. So, we will send you letter of cancellation of My Flat booked in Supertech.

What i can do for it. or where i can go for my Flat.
Please sugguest me.
