During launch the builder advertised, given catalogue and other document mentioning that the project will be G+2 (Ground, First and Second Floor) of independent patterns. This was construction linked plan project. The builder also promised that after 2 installment of payment, allotment should be completed so that home loan can be avail. I have booked also a house in this project. After completion of all bookings of G+2, builder also taken booking of G+3 (3rd floor, where it was shown initially that the project will be till 2nd floor) Even after payment of 3 installment (about 7.00 lac rupees) they did not made any allotment of house till now(around 1 year passed). They are indirectly forcing buyers of this project to shift in onother project.
1.The charm of that buildings lost as the builder planning to build till 3rd floor. 2.Bulder indirectly forcing all buyer to take refund of booking without interest 3.Builder indirectly forcing all buyer to shift in other project. Also, they have increased the price of the project to the 25 lacs approx without incraessing the actual built up area. No coomunication has been done from the builder regarding the delay and the cost increase.

1.The booking of 3rd floor by the builder should be cancelled. 2.Allotment should be done immediately without further delay. 3. After booking at least 30% appreciation happened in that locality. So logically builder should offer 30% interest in case of refund and cancellation of project.
