There has been constant anomolaies and no transparency of functioning of Windsor and Nova Society, Shipra Sun City, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad - a society registered as per Society Act 1860 with Dy, Registrar, Chits and Funds ,Society ,Meerut, U.P.with regard to sharing of accounts of Public Money collected from residents during the year 2009-10 till date. Society is not working as per by -laws of society with regard to financial decisions, award of work and sharing/showing accounts not even once to Executive Members or General Residents. Society was declared defunct w.e.f. April'10 by Dy. Registrar Office due to not electing new body after completion of time period. But Society few Members who do n't have authority once it is defunct to do any major expense or take any major decision. but it is noted they are entering into new contracts and continur misusing public money. As per by laws ,They are not supposed to keep collected money fron Residents with them but it has to be deposited in bank on regular basis. But this is not happening. General Residents are harrassed due to poor and inefficient services inspite giving monthly subscription and do n't know where the public money is going. There is no system or process followed or decisions or financial transactions or work award finalization taken place or passed in Executive Committe Meeting during the year. A complaint was already made by members to President a copy was given to Dy. Registrar Office. There is a need to constitute an enquiry by appropriate authority to check all anomalies or any misappropriation of publick fund.
