we had cancel the power of attorney and we had send the notice to the party ... they had accepted it .. bt they didnt rply us .. ....wht we can do else .. so that they cannot do anything .. like they cannot sell the house or they cannot renovate the house .... is there any other law to protect the house from being sold ..
Is this all enough .. or we had to do anything else to protect our property for years ...
