Hello,

We had land in Pune and given to one of builder for construction uner Ownership Act. On that basis we had agreement on 1995 that we will get flat around 500- 600 sq feet.

But Still we are not getting same area flat. Builder is telling that Flat which we are getting as per Built up area but as per MOFA it should get as per carpet area.

So please give me suggestion on it.
