Hi,

I booked a flat in Assotech's The Nest Crossings Republik project in Feb 2010. Mr Sachin, the Deputy Manager over there told me that I would be getting the allotment letter within 1 month and it is over 6 months now and I am still waiting for the same.

Everytime I call to enquire the status I get a reply that it will take a couple of months more.

This is very disgusting as it is my hard earned money which I invested and I think that I have been cheated for the same and wrong commitment was made to me.

My to be flat no. is F-093.

Would urge if something could be done and the matter be expedited.

Its the story of Crossings builder everywhere.. even I booked a flat in Crossings Castle in Oct 2009 and even more than a year there is no trace of allotment letter.. earlier I was told to wait 2-3 months each time I called them up. Now most of the people I dealt with has left that stupid company. New man is saying that the project is scrapped and now for last 3 months I am running behind them for my booking money...

I booked a flat in Amarpali Smart City, Noida Extension in April 2010. By my broker told that I would be getting the allotment letter within 1 month and it is over 8 months now and I am still waiting for the same.

Everytime I call to enquire the status I get a reply from amarpali head office that it will take a couple of months more.

This is very disgusting as it is my hard earned money which I invested and I think that I have been cheated for the same and wrong commitment was made to me.

HI Vikas,

I am planning to book a 2 BHK + flat in tower F (Cedar) of Assotech Nest, i believe you too have your flat booked in the same tower, When i contatcted the booking office, they said this tower is not yet bankable...

I am confused whether to book the flat now or shoild i wait for the time it gets approved..

Pls share your experience of booking with assotech.
