we have booked an apartment of Pal infrastructure & developers in Faridabad.

we gave the 190000/- as the booking amount. but the company did not allot any unit in their project.for this reason i did not pay any further payment.

i booked the house in 2006 on 1st nov.in pal green.
i asked the company guys to refund my money but they are not working on it.



i had given written application and visit the company office in sikandarpur pal tower a lot of times.



now i am tired so please help me in getting my money back.
