One of realestate agent introduced and contaced me for scheme for buying plat by paying the amount(Monthly installment). After completing the installment i can registed the plat or whenever i like to register the plan i can do it.This is the term the agent at the time of concted me . So i agreed and joind the scheme and the process was going fine.Now the agent told me that ,he lost the business.so he nowadays not come to collect the money.

So i like to know is there any possibility to recover the money from him or not.( I paid the amount by cheque)

Please suggest me..

you can file a complaint against him in the consumer forum

I exactly did by complaining but they take too much time for my water pipe company resolute cases to be solved.I think we have to find other ways to deal this

And they ask the details and still waiting

Take help from local authority that will be helpful So there is possibility to recover the money from him or not.( I paid the amount by cheque)

Dear Sir,

I have booked a floor unit in Vatika India Next gurgaon Sec-82. Refer priority no. Iris/FF/133(Address: plot 36, sector 82, block F, gurgaon) booked in september 2009.

I have paid total 35% under construction linked payment plan.
10% booking+10% allotment+15% earth work.

when checked the status of work physically, it was discovered that the plot no.36, sector-82, block F allocated for this unit is relocated without any notification to me. More than after 2 years of booking, informed plot no. is not present on the site. I am paying 11.75% to HDFC bank. What earth work they are claiming when the land is still not alloted to me?
