Sir, i would like to know that I took the possession of a flat in ambernath in July, 2011. But the MIDC water connection is not there and were are forced to dring boring water daily. Builder give us 2 cans of 20 litres each in evevery week, but it is not suffienicet. Sir, is it possible for us to book the builder under consumer forum. what are the topics that are covered under consumer forum. please guide me. what we can do against him. we had paid entire money. can we take money back from him for the time being till MIDC water starts.
