Whitout payiing any money corrpus fund mr.damodar mehta. As appointed as our builder by society commitee. Our few member worn us but our commity member says that they are lookin their profit but now after demolition we know that real things when society commity not shown full approved plan and try to exorts us when we try to put our stand to society commitee they says if you interfier in such matter develoer not making building as per our society agreement done with devloper we think it is full proof but when (our sikkey khote ho) our commity not reply letter/advocate notice .our building is demolished in sept/oct 2008 and commecement certifiate gate 5/5/2009 and last (9)slab of eight floor was put on june 2010 after 18 month we must get passesion but not ?why ; no answer , they show us what will written in favour of builder but they not taken violation of devlopment agreement. On today after 24 month we not get possession work will not completed. [ THEY SAY IF IN AADERSH SOCIETY SUCH BIG SCAME IF WE ARE DOING SMALL NOTHING WRONG ] WHEN WE ASK THEM TO DO AGM MEETING IN VIDEO RECORDING BUT THEY NOT ARRENG IN LAST AGM.
