Hi,

I bought an unbuilt first floor in New Delhi from one of my friend. With this unbuilt floor this person sold the second floor also to a builder.

Now my first question is that can someone sell such floor which actually doesn't exists? Moreover if I will construct that floor, what I believe he should pay me a part of the construction cost.

I got the agreement wherein it is mentioned that First floor without roof but there he mentioned that he is taking up cost of the construction as well.

Can any one guide me to which law forum I have to go?
