Had given 1 month notice period to vacate the rented housed as per contract.
Will be vacating the house on 15th of the month, but the owner says he will take the entire month's rent.

Any owner would take only 15 days rent and not the entire month's if we stay only for 15 days.

What do I do in this case?
We had not given a written notice so not sure how to file complaint in the consumer court.
