We have booked one house with vatika coming project. we made 20% payment in agreed period after this we have not seen any development in site no construction, road blocked with Stones & soil. After few months we send them registered post for asking them for payment. what is our due and other quires about site. after some time we went to vatika & ask for our account statment that how much balance we have to pay now. we are worried because it was more then 9-10 months they have not asked for payment. after this i went for some work out of india for 3 months. my mother was at home. In june we got letter from vatika that our property is terminated with immidiate effect. after that when i asked about my mother she says that we didn't received any letter from vatika before this. before this we have only received agreement after agreement we have not received any letter from vatika. then we went to vatika for this then they tell us to resolve this in 2 days. now they completely refused to take these termination order back.

Please suggest how can we get this property back & what is the procedure to file a case in consumer court.
