Dear Sir,

I am writing this query to know if my builder ask for advanced payment which going to paid after the construction get completed by Home Loan Process. Even if the i pay the loan amount and he ask for interest on that amount which may get two month late due to bank
process of verification.

However i have inform the builder about my loan process over my flat.

So how can i clam on builder over this.
